A varietal that only few farmers still cultivate today, entire blossoms are hand harvested on a small organic farm, dried naturally, and sorted by Daphnis and Chloe.

This lovely oregano is best used for finishing dishes. Local islanders use it to marinade lamb, but it is also well suited to sprinkling over feta or grilled vegetables. Crush between your fingers before use.
