Strawberry Sumac Marshmallows

Strawberry and wild Québec sumac go hand in hand for a balance of sweet and tangy. Try as is, in a gourmet s'mores, or as an addition to hot chocolate.

Sumac is spice made from the dried and ground berries of the wild sumac flower which imparts a lemon-like acidity and tang. 

Made by Dinette Nationale, Montreal's only artisanal confectionary.
